By engaging Elite Locksmiths to perform any type of lockout service, the customer acknowledges and accepts that there is a risk of unintended damage to the property involved. This may include, but is not limited to, scratches, dents, broken components, or other forms of physical damage to the lock mechanism, surrounding hardware, door, window frame, or adjacent surfaces.

Our technicians are trained to use the most appropriate tools and techniques for each situation, and every reasonable effort is made to minimize risk and avoid damage. Nevertheless, certain lockout situations—particularly those involving older, high-security, or malfunctioning systems—may require force or manipulation that can result in damage that cannot be entirely prevented.

By proceeding with a lockout service request, the customer confirms that they understand and accept these risks. The customer agrees to assume full responsibility for any damage that may result from the lockout process, whether direct or incidental. Elite Locksmiths shall not be held liable for any costs associated with repairs, replacements, or related losses stemming from such damage.

It is the customer’s responsibility to assess whether to proceed with the service after being informed of these potential risks. By ordering or authorizing the service, the customer provides informed consent and releases Elite Locksmiths and its technicians from liability related to any damage incurred during the course of the lockout procedure.
