Jerry arrived upbeat and loaded with the proper tools. Her task was to fix an 80+ year old mortice lock that died. She looked for alternatives that were made this century. But then she took the time to perform surgery on the box and give it new life. Saved big bucks. Works like butter now! Jerry then returned later to replace a door handle with a good Schlage unit that solves the problem of all doors being on the same key. Magic! Elite was responsive and supported me to get this task done!
