I bought a new key fob online. Of course the instructions that were given to program it did not work. I tried another place and that didn’t work. My husband says call a locksmith. I did and I’m really glad that I did. I went onto this website, put in my info and within 10 minutes someone called me back. He was so nice and asked me what I needed. He said I will have someone contact you soon to service your issue. Within 10 minutes after that, I got another call from a tech checking in. He asked me for my info, gave me a timeline and was out earlier than expected. He was completely in line with protective covering when he arrived. Gave me a play by play of what he would be doing, gave me a price and said hey go relax while I do this. It did not take more than 10 minutes, I’m telling you. I got my key fob programmed, got the key code and got a key to open the truck in case I get locked out for some reason. This was a no nonsense service which was efficient, trustworthy and professional. During these times, it’s really nice to get this. I would have paid so much more at a dealership for this service, believe me!
