Responded within minutes. Technician Ben was so nice and helpful. He was able to come out in 30 min. Our previous smart lock had died out & I was worried we’d be locked inside. Ben removed old lock & installed with new Yale smart lock (we purchased from Costco). We couldn’t have done it without him as new smart lock required additional sawing to fit properly. I was so relieved to know we will not be locked in. Price was reasonable especially for same day service. Customer service 100% AWESOME! I appreciate & definitely recommend. Thank you sooo much!
